Leading a national movement to put sleep at the heart of health
We are a coalition of leading health organisations united in raising awareness of sleep health, driving policy change and fostering collaboration across sectors.
Together, we are working to build stronger support systems, promote early intervention and increase public understanding of the vital role sleep plays in overall health and wellbeing.
About the Coalition
Chaired by Professor Jason Ellis and Professor Alice Gregory, the Sleep for Health Coalition was established in response to growing evidence of sleep’s critical role in health, alongside clear gaps in support and policy.
As rates of chronic illness, mental health challenges and sleep disorders continue to rise, the Coalition brings together organisations to create a unified voice for change.
Through collaboration, we aim to elevate the importance of sleep, influence policy and ensure individuals have access to the knowledge and support needed to improve sleep and overall health across the UK.
